He is responsible for the strategic business initiatives for multiple healthcare organizations including service globalization consulting for our clients. He has been primarily instrumental in building a global network of qualified delivery partners in the Healthcare domain with world-class systems and processes.

Prior to founding SourceNet Global in early 2000, and TeleMed Global in 2013, Paul worked for over 20 years for leading global organizations including E.I. DuPont, Bechtel Engineering, IBM Global Services, and Computer Science Corporation in various management and executive positions. His Information Technology and BPO/KPO experience includes diversified industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.

Paul is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Charter Member of TiE, a global entrepreneur fostering organization, and holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi. His speaking engagements cover a wide spectrum of service globalization topics including transformational technology-business process outsourcing for measurable cost and quality improvements.

Dr. Gerald E. Meltzer brings diversified medical, healthcare technology and business process expertise as a Medical Director to Telemed Global. Dr. Meltzer is a physician executive with demonstrated strengths in medical information systems, managed care, medical management including developing and evaluating clinical decision support systems, workflow management, outcome measurement and quality improvement.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He has had a long and successful career and has been in healthcare professional practice

and technology consulting for over 40 years.

Dr. Jack Garden holds a doctoral degree (PsyD) in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has been licensed as a psychologist since 1997, and currently holds licenses in Arizona and Missouri. At Phoenix Job Corps Center Dr. Garden serves as their Center Mental Health Consultant (CMHC) on behalf of TeleMed Global. In his twenty years as a licensed psychologist, Dr. Garden has worked in schools, prisons, residential treatment centers, community mental health centers, and private practice clinics. Besides being grateful to be able to provide psychological services for the community, Dr. Garden very much enjoys his family, his guitars and band-mates, and hiking.

Dr. Indira Desai, with over 20 years of clinical administration and management experience, acts as a Consultant to the clinical service operation of TeleMed Global. Dr. Desai is highly qualified Clinical professional with three master's degrees and also a doctoral degree.

Her other responsibilities include direct care and management of Health, Nutrition, Rehabilitation and Hospice Care in Skilled Care Facilities. In 2005 she was selected by the American Dietetic Association to represent the State of Massachusetts on the Educational and Cultural Exchange team to China. Born in East Africa, she has lived in India, England, and Canada making her a truly global medical professional.

Mr. Kaplan leads Integrated Mind-Body Wellness and Transformational Leadership training programs for TeleMed Global.  Seth directs a team of certified consultants providing  innovative training and developmental programs to enhance individual, leader, team, and organizational effectiveness. He is a recognized expert in the integrated fields of Human Performance Psychology, wellness, and organizational leadership. His well-structured performance training programs at individual and team level tap into the inherent human potential leading to organizational success. 

Seth has extensive applied experience working with diverse clients and organizations including Naval Air Systems Command, Army Special Forces, Baltimore Orioles, and Duke University. Seth earned a graduate degree in Performance Psychology from Springfield College in MA, and received a post-graduate Certificate of Academic Excellence at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in NY.

Dr. Ofori, Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology, is well recognized human performance subject matter expert in the industry and academics, As the director of the Human Performance Programs for COBALT, Dr. Ofori provides strategic direction and management of our diversified tactical and strategic Human Performance Programs. As a Lead Human Performance Optimization Research Team at the Luke, AFB he is leading the Human Performance research studies, cognitive and physical measurement, data analysis and modeling for the 56 FW pilots involved in demanding SOF missions. His extensive professional experience in collaboration with the scientific communities has focused on quantifying human performance with non-invasive measures with advanced instrumentation. His advanced training in statistical analysis is providing valuable outcomes with performance data analysis of big data and regression methods. 

Elvi has over 25 years of experience in multi-disciplinary Graphic Design and branding focusing on the medical industry. She has developed creative communications by maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship in print design, web design, branding, copywriting/marketing, photography, and video.
